Midwest States WIC Online Shopping Implementation Project with Hy-Vee: Project Spotlight

The Midwest States WIC Online Ordering Pilot (MSWOOP) was an interstate project between Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska WIC State agencies; Hy-Vee; and WIC EBT processor FIS/CDP. The project soft-launched with one pilot Hy-Vee store in each state in Spring 2024. By Fall 2024 at the conclusion of the project, WIC online shopping was live in 119 Hy-Vee stores in Iowa, 28 Hy-Vee stores in Minnesota, and 27 Hy-Vee stores in Nebraska. WIC online shopping continues to be available at Hy-Vee stores across these states. Learn more about the project and its impact in this resource.
