Initiation of a WIC online shopping project represents a multi-partner effort. Assembling a carefully selected implementation team specific to each effort is a crucial step for WIC State agencies. In addition to a larger, higher-level implementation team, some WIC State agencies may also form a smaller implementation team that works on the project daily to focus primarily on priority issues in day-to-day operations.
